Letti’s dedication to service is deeply personal. As the wife of a Houston Police Officer and Operation Enduring Freedom combat veteran, she understands the sacrifices made by first responders and their families. This led her to serve as a Director for the Houston Police Family Support Unit (HPFSU), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting HPD officers injured in the line of duty.

Letti works tirelessly to ensure that no officer’s family faces a crisis alone, facilitating emergency needs and organizing vital community fundraisers. Her favorite event of the year is “Shop with a Blue Hero,” where she helps coordinate a Christmas shopping spree for the children of fallen HPD officers. This past year, the program supported nine children, pairing them with officers from their parents’ station to honor their sacrifice with joy and community support.

Letti’s heart for service also extends to the classroom. A volunteer for Spring ISD for over 15 years, she has been a driving force behind parental involvement and student success. Her leadership was instrumental in founding two PTOs—at Marshall Elementary and Wunsche Senior High—the latter of which remains the only high school PTO in the district.

Recognized as Spring ISD’s Volunteer of the Year, Letti has sat on numerous boards and committees, including the Bond Steering Committee and the Multicultural Advisory Committee. She currently serves as the President of the Wunsche Senior High PTO, championing the belief that communication and community involvement are essential to a child’s success.

When she isn’t advocating for her clients or her community, Letti is likely spending time with her family or on the range. She and her husband are active competitive shooters in USPSA matches, a hobby that reflects their shared discipline and focus. Letti is also a proud mother to her 18-year-old son, who is currently in college pursuing a career as a Paramedic, continuing the family’s proud tradition of service.
